We've Had Water in our Basement too...We Understand

We moved into our new home and within weeks were faced with a flooded basement ...a flooded finished basement I might add. 

All I could think was "we own a SERVPRO, we know all that we should and shouldn't do...how did this happen to us?" 

If you have ever had water in your basement or home, you know that it happens while you are on vacation, before you leave for vacation, or when you are hosting a house full of people. It never fails, it is always one of those scenarios. Leaving you with a huge mess on top of a hectic schedule already.  

We've always known that our SERVPRO of Vincennes team was the very best. But after our flooded basement situation I know first hand how amazing our team is. They took care of everything. I was so grateful to have a team full of green water restoration professionals taking care of our flooded basement. We are thankful to have escaped any other water damages, but I know if we do...we will be in great hands with SERVPRO of Vincennes
